2008 Sports Achievements
C.B.S.E. CLUSTER BADMINTON TOURNAMENT
Our school organized CBSE Cluster tournament on 16th and 17th August in our School Auditorium.
Principal Mrs. Papri Ghosh welcomed the teams and declared the tournament open. Total 6 Indian Schools from Sultanate of Oman participated in this tournament
At the end the Principal gave away the certificates and medals to the winners and runners up teams and participation certificates to all the participants.
Our team won the under 14 and 19 years category in boys section and under 16 and 19 years category in girls section.
Our Athletes participated in the Indian Social Club organized Track and Field events held on April 24th at Al Bustan Club ground. Our athlete won the 6 gold medals 2 silver and 5 bronze medals. Our School got the CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY in this competition.

GOLDEN GIRL OF OUR SCHOOL PURVA DESHMUKH OF CLASS 9 WON THE SILVER MEDAL AND A CASH PRIZE OF RO 20.
Our four cricketers Mohit Khimji(Captain), Abhinav Manikandan, Vatsal Mehta and Nikhil Xavier are selected to represent Oman’s combined school cricket team to play against “ Cricket Willow’s Club, New Zealand to be held on 9th and 10th April at P.D.O. ground.
Vatsal Mehta did not join the team as he was out of country at that time.
